The Taeeulju Mantra

Central to Jeung San Do meditation is the practice of the Taeeulju Mantra — a sacred chant whose origins reach back through thousands of years of Eastern spiritual culture. More than a technique, the Taeeulju is a means of reconnecting with the fundamental life-force of the cosmos.

Jwahap: Seated Meditation

Jwahap (좌합) is the practice of seated meditation in Jeung San Do. Through focused attention on the Taeeulju and alignment with the cosmic energy, practitioners develop inner stillness, clarity, and spiritual strength. Regular jwahap practice is the foundation of personal cultivation.

Light Flower Meditation

Light Flower Meditation is a gentle yet powerful practice that helps settle the mind and reconnect with inner clarity. Rooted in ancient Singyo tradition, this method opens the door to deeper self-awareness and is especially suitable for beginners.
