Welcome
Invitation
Discover the Path of Eastern Meditation and Spiritual Culture
We invite you to explore the traditional culture of Eastern meditation and the essence of Eastern spirituality. Jeung San Do — the true Eastern Learning — seeks to revive and share the deep spiritual and cultural heritage of Korea, a heritage we teach has been carried forward for millennia (we describe it as a cultural continuity reaching back some 9,000 years). Much of this root history and culture has been suppressed, distorted, or lost over time; our work is to recover and restore those living traditions for the present age.
What We Offer
A Path Rooted in the East
Meditation and Spiritual Practice
We teach practical methods of inner cultivation, including the Tae-eulju mantra meditation, which practitioners experience as a calming, clarifying practice that helps remove negative thought-patterns and opens spiritual awareness.
A Cosmological Framework and Moral Guidance
Our teachings explain the workings of Heaven and Earth, the cosmic cycle, and the process of gaebyeok (great transformation). We present principles that unify spiritual insight with everyday life — encouraging truthful speech, virtuous living, and active compassion rather than rigid prohibitions.
Cultural Recovery and Education
We promote a cultural movement to reclaim Korea's original traditions — rituals, cosmology, ancestor-honoring practices, and arts — and to restore their rightful place as part of global human heritage.
A Living, Day-to-Day Faith
Jeung San Do is presented not merely as doctrine but as a culture of life — a way to live more harmoniously with oneself, family, community, and the natural world.
The Moment We Live In
Why This Matters Now
We understand the present time as one of great global change. Reviving original spiritual culture helps individuals and communities meet the challenges of our era, heal ancestral and spiritual wounds, and participate in a more balanced, cooperative world culture.
Our teachings aim to integrate spiritual insight with practical living so that people can both deepen their inner life and contribute to society.
