Jeung San Do: The Living Lineage
The Dao of Jeung-san
Jeung San Do (증산도) means "the Dao of Jeung-san" — the path of renewal revealed through Jeung-san Sangjenim. It is understood as the third and final stage in the unfolding of the Dao, following Donghak and Bocheongyo, and represents the organized body through which the teachings are preserved, practiced, and shared.
The Parents of the Dao
Sangjenim is regarded as the Father of the Dao, and Taemonim as its Mother. Together, they established and nurtured a community of practitioners who continue the work of renewal in the world. Their teachings form the living core of Jeung San Do.
The Succession of Authority
The Dao lineage passed from Sangjenim to Taemonim, and in succession to Ahn Un-san, His Holiness the Taesang Jongdosanim, and Ahn Gyeong-jeon, His Holiness the Jongdosanim, who currently leads Jeung San Do as its highest authority. This unbroken lineage ensures the authentic transmission of the teachings.
