Jeung San Do Terms I saw a vision of a fist-size stone falling from my forehead to the pit of my stomach. Suddenly I started to cough up a small clot of phlegm with white bubbles. As I spit them out a couple of times in the rest room, my stomach became comfortable.

My body and mind became refreshed.
Just following His Holiness the Jongdosanim’s holistic mantra “Ji-gi-guem-ji won-wee-dae-gang”, I was able to gain powerful qi that I had never experienced before. It was fundamentally different from dynamic meditation alone or with a couple of people in a regional Dojang.
Dynamic meditation restored strength in my left arm.
In this dynamic meditation during His Holiness the Jongdosanim’s visit, I could not help myself from rotating my left arm in a big circle from back to front with the guidance of powerful qi.
I corrected my twisted spine by moving my body.
As I let my body follow the rhythm of the Taeulju dynamic meditation, I felt my body shaking off bad things and correcting my back bone, straightening up the cervical spine and backbone where I had problems.
I healed a mass in my stomach by tapping it
During the first session of dynamic meditation, tapping the posterior side of my head for a long time brought me fatigue. I really wanted to stop but my hands were raised and kept on tapping the same place automatically. Suddenly the pain went away.
Pain in my ears was completely eliminated.
While practicing dynamic meditation, I felt a divine qi entering the Baihui acupuncture point at the vertex.
That night I had a feeling that my ears would be healed. The next morning I noticed that the pain was gone and everything became normal.
I have been suffering from severe rheumatic arthritis
I have been suffering from severe rheumatic arthritis. My toes are all out of joint and deformed.
While I was in meditation, the spirit of His Holiness the Jongdosanim appeared before me. I saw Him with a halo of three colors : red, blue and yellow. A few minutes later, the color of the halo slowly turned white.
The qi of the Taeeulju Mantra spread all over my body
Every time He chanted the mantra strongly, my heart became hot and unconsciously I was tapping where I felt pain. When I felt a blocked path of qi, I attempted to pluck the malicious qi out while waving my hands. When I felt energy descending from heaven, I sought to bring the energy into my body.
Feeling of a heavy iron weighing me down vanished.
I was concentrating well this time. I tapped my body with my hands, especially my chest. When I got home, I found some bruises. However, when I tapped my body, I didn’t feel pain. Instead, I felt cool.
My throat felt much better after dynamic meditation
I felt the qi that had enormously accumulated at the edge of the Shindan(altar). When His Holiness the Jongdosanim heightened the dynamic meditation movement, I gathered the qi from the front, then passed it onto the back.
